Lead mobile engineering for STAGE — driving architecture, technical direction, code quality and delivery across the Flutter app at 44M+ downloads.
Set engineering standards and mentor the mobile team — code reviews, release process and best practices that keep the app shipping fast and stable.
Build product features end-to-end — research, planning, development and project management.
Built an in-house Delta OTA system to ship Flutter updates over-the-air, bypassing app-store review cycles.
Authored STAGE's org-wide AI engineering playbook — Claude & Codex setup, /update auto-tooling, custom /stage-designer skill.
